Janice coaches and delivers workshops within a variety of organisations.

Past and present clients include the BBC, the London School of Economics, British Airways, the Learning and Skills Improvement Service,  Brighton and Hove City Council and Croydon University Hospital.

Blue Sky supports organisations that are:

Feedback after designing and delivering a ‘Preparing for an Assessment Centre’ day to a group of senior and middle managers:

It was a very difficult time for the participants because they have to apply this week for the reduced number of head of department posts. I don’t think it was an easy atmosphere for Janice to work in, but I have had really positive and appreciative feedback about her facilitation.

Workshops are either half or one day in length and are delivered on-site, to minimise travel costs and times to participants.
