Where I kissed a dolphin, climbed up a waterfall (well at least to the first stage) and rode a horse, (still a little sore after two hours of riding). These are a few of the things that I tried for the first time ever and makes me think and appreciate the value of taking some quality time out to just be and relax fully.
I am now back at my desk, still a little jet lagged but unbelievably refreshed and renewed after such a wonderful holiday.
So my real message for today is, make sure you find the time to take the holiday you need.
